Our Process
01 — YOUR PROPOSALTell us your date, venue, guest count, and what you’re imagining. We’ll prepare a proposal with a seasonal PDC menu, anticipated staffing, and any wedding design or production services you’d like us to provide.
02 — RESERVE YOUR DATEWhen you’re ready to move forward, a signed agreement and 50% deposit reserve Paris Dining Club for your wedding.
03 — MEET YOUR CHEFYou’ll meet with Chef Jamie to discuss favorite dishes and ingredients, dietary needs, and anything you’d like to make your own. You don’t need to arrive with a finished menu; this is where the proposed menu becomes personal.
04 — JOIN US AT A TASTING Wedding clients are invited to the PDC Tasting Table for an evening of seasonal dishes, wine, and a chance to experience how we cook and serve. It’s part tasting, part dinner party..
05 — DESIGN THE TABLEIf you’ve chosen Wedding Design & Coordination, we’ll develop the visual world around the dinner—from tabletop and rentals to florals, printed materials, cake, and pieces from the PDC collection
06 — WE BRING IT TOGETHERAs the wedding approaches, we’ll finalize the menu, dietary accommodations, staffing, rentals, and every detail within PDC’s scope. If you’ve added Wedding Production, we’ll also manage receiving, delivery, setup and styling, strike, storage, and returns.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
We cater weddings at private homes and event venues throughout Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding region. For weddings requiring travel, the proposal will include travel and, when needed, hotel expenses.
-
We work from a concise collection of seasonal starting menus rather than an unlimited catalog. This keeps the food cohesive and gives every proposal a clear foundation while leaving room for meaningful personalization.
-
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
-
Yes, when PDC is engaged for Wedding Design & Coordination. If you’re working with a planner, we can provide the specifications needed for the dinner service.
-
PDC can create a bar proposal for your wedding and connect you with the bar team we believe is the best fit for your event.
We are also happy to provide service for any client provided alcohol.
-
That depends on the support you already have and the complexity of your wedding. PDC’s design and production services cover the visual and physical elements within our scope; they do not replace someone responsible for the ceremony, wedding party, master timeline, or all outside vendors.
