Gin & Calpico Cocktail

I fell in love with calpico and soju cocktails a while ago while I was in New York, having a very late night eating Korean fried chicken and (not) singing karaoke. I didn’t know yogurt soda was a thing, so that alone was pretty enlightening. Use it in a cocktail and oh my gosh! Magic.

This drink is slightly opaque and creamy, perfect for a punch bowl on your Dîner en Blanc table.

No need for a garnish but do make a large batch in a punch bowl just before guests arrive. Have wine glasses or another pretty glass arranged nearby. And don’t be shy with the ice.
