Matisse lived during France's Belle Époque, a time when France believed that progress should be beautiful, meals should be social, and everyday life deserved elegance. Café culture was at its height, and cafés were where artists came together to exchange stories, discuss groundbreaking artistic styles, and eat good food.

This dinner is inspired by the belief that beauty belongs in everyday life.

Whether you’re dining solo, as a couple, or with friends:
