Lilac Gimlet

IT’S SPRING, BABY! It’s time for lilacs to bloom — and even if they haven’t yet, keep this in mind for peak lilac season.

A gimlet is a classic cocktail made with gin, simple syrup, and fresh lime juice. We’re adding a Spring twist with the addition of lilac simple syrup. Because of the cocktail’s floral notes, we recommend using a botanical gin like Hendrick’s and not a citrus gin. It’s a simple cocktail that is perfect for the season and easy enough to make when entertaining.
