Let’s start planning

THE FINE PRINT
  • Server / $300

    On-Site Event Manager/ $350

    Reception / 1 server per 30 guests

    Buffet Dinner / 1 server per 40 guests

    Plated Dinner / 1 server per 15 guests

  • Hospitality Fee 20%

    Admin Fee 2%

  • PDC will provide and serve an agreed upon menu and reserves the right to make last-minute changes to the menu based on availability of product, seasonality, and market costs.

  • We are delighted to cook for all of your guests, including all dietary restrictions. We do require 7 days notice for all special menus.

  • All events are subject to a food and beverage or guest count minimum.

    The food and beverage minimum is exclusive of tax, service charges, and administrative fees, which will be applied to the event’s final proposal. Events will be subject to additional travel fees for events occurring outside of 30 miles from Minneapolis.

  • We take a credit card at time of booking to confirm the space on the date of your event. Final Payment is required 48 hours prior to the event. Events over $5000 require a 50% down payment.

  • A final guaranteed guest count is required by 12pm 7 days prior to your event. This number will be the guaranteed minimum for food and beverage preparation to ensure that you and your guests receive the best quality products for your event.
